Attorney Gregory Haile of Berger Singerman Elected Chairman Of 2-1-1 Broward

FORT LAUDERDALE, FL (AttorneyNewsWire.com) — February 26, 2010  – Gregory A. Haile, an attorney with the Florida business law firm Berger Singerman, has been elected Chairman Elect of 2-1-1 Broward.

2-1-1 Broward, formerly known as 2-1-1 First Call For Help, Inc., provides free, 24-hour comprehensive helpline and support services for individuals in the community seeking crisis intervention assistance and/or information and referrals to health and human services in Broward County.

Haile is a member of Berger Singerman’s Dispute Resolution Team.  He received his B.S. in Justice Studies, magna cum laude, from Arizona State University in 1999, and his J.D. from Columbia University School of Law in 2002 where he was a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar.  While at Columbia University School of Law, Haile served as  Editor-in-Chief of the National Black Law Journal; Articles Editor of the Journal of Gender and Law; and a member of Who’s Who: American Law Students and BLSA.

He is admitted to The Florida Bar and is a Past President of The T.J. Reddick Bar Association.  He is Chairman of the 17th Circuit’s Grievance Committee, and was named an “Up and Comer” by the South Florida Business Journal and a “40 Under 40” by Gold Coast Magazine. In addition, Haile serves on the Board of Directors of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Broward County (BBBS).
